About Us

Moving Forward continues to find new and innovative ways to treat substance abuse and the behaviors that lead to dependency. Our non 12 step cognitive based therapeutic programming allows each client to work on their strengths to create more positive behavior choices and lead to healthier life choices. We do this by providing each client with the tools and skills required to make positive changes for long term sobriety. Moving Forward implements structured curriculum designed to address the underlying issues related to substance abuse and negative behaviors that lead to chemical dependency. We provide group therapy sessions for each client to discuss issues 1 to 1 with their counselor in order to create a more focused treatment plan for the individual. We offer each client the opportunity to include family members in their treatment planning processes throughout the entire treatment program. Moving Forward utilizes life skills and family education for all clients with children to allow them to become better parents. At Moving Forward, our goal is to provide each and every client a program that truly motivates and inspires them to change their lives and free themselves from the hopelessness that is created by substance abuse and addiction.
